Bad back

Have been in physical therapy for the last several weeks due to lower back pain. Getting older is no fun.

March is medical month for me and the MO. Physicals, eyes, dentist and now PT (for me)

The MO has a bad hip and is also in the PT program.

She was supposed to be at the dentist this morning however the phone and computer were her slave masters. Now dentist is postponed until later this afternoon.

Good news is we each had our first dose of the Pfizer vaccine this week. Looking forward to the second dose and protection from this virus.

Looking forward to travel in the future. I have no clue how we have survived this long, hunkered down at home and keeping isolated. We are social creatures and need that personal interaction

Anyway, back to it.
